2022 Ordinances

 Ordinance 2022-01 -  Authorizing the City of Heber Springs Police Department to employ the spouse of the Mayor, prescribing the extent of said authority and for other purposes. 

Ordinance 2022-02 - Authorizing the City to conduct business with Red River Radio, Inc. 

Ordinance 2022-03 - Amended Ordinance approving the private club permit application for Finney's and allowing for the application of the required permits from the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Division.

Ordinance 2022-04 - An ordinance for the approval of a Private Club permit for Wendy Wilkinson/The Club at Heber Springs Resort.

Ordiance 2022-05 - Establishing a permitting process and fee for private clubs for the selling or despensing of alcholic bevrages in the city of Heber Springs, AR. 

Ordinance 2022-06 - Ordering a temporary moratorium on the construction of new privately owned RV parks.

Ordinance 2022-07 - Amending Municipal Code Title 5 Chapter 5.04, Providing for the maintenance of property and condemnation and removal of structures. 

Ordinance 2022-08 - Defining the months upon which sewer charges are calculated by the Water and Sewer System of the city of Heber Springs, AR. 

Ordinance 2022-09 - Amending the "zoning map" attached thereto, and for other purposes. 

Ordinance 2022-10 - Establish procedures for building and operating parks for recreational vehicles within the city limits of Heber Springs, AR. 

Ordinance 2022-12 - Revising and updating provisions of the Heber Springs Municipal Code, Title 5, Health and Sanitation, Chapter 5.16, Solid Waste Collection, and for other purposes.
