Code Enforcement is responsible for maintaining community compliance with the City’s ordinances, regulating zoning and property usage and maintenance to protect the health, safety and welfare of Heber Springs residents.
When complaints are received, the Code Enforcement Officer responds by inspecting the property of concern. If the officer observes violations, the property owner is informed and Code Enforcement works with them to correct identified violations.
Please refer to the Heber Springs Municipal Code - Title 5 - Health & Sanitation for information regarding code compliance.
You can file a complaint with Code Enforcement by email at code.enforcement [at] hebersprings.gov (code[dot]enforcement[at]hebersprings[dot]gov).
