2023 Ordinances

Ordinance 2023-01 - An amended ordinance approving the private permit application of Moctezuma Grill and allowing for the application of the required permits from the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Division per Arkansas Code Annotated 9-3-222 as amended.

Ordinance 2023-02 - An amended ordinance approving the private permit application for Taphouse, INC. and allowing for the application of the required permits from the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Division per Arkansas Code Annotated 9-3-222 as amended. 

Ordinance 2023-03 - The Taphouse, INC to Cartwright Lodge approving the private permit application for Cartwright Lodge and allowing for the application of required permits from the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Division per Arkansas Code as Annotated 3-9-222 as amended. 

Ordinance 2023-04 - An ordinance approving the private permit application for Verona Italian Restaurant of Heber Springs and allowing for the application of the required permits from the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Division per Arkan sas Code Annotated 3-9-222 as amended.

Ordinance 2023-05 - An ordinance authorizing and directing termination of agreement between the city of Heber Springs and Greers Ferry Total Property Maintenance, LLC, declaring an emergency, and for other purposes. 

Ordinance 2023-06 - An ordinance authorizing the city of Heber Springs to conduct business with Red River Radio, Inc., prescribing the extent of said authority and for other purposes.

Ordinance 2023-07 - An ordinance authorizing the city of Heber Springs to conduct business with city council member Lane Tubbs doing business as Visual Identity and Tubby T's Embroidery & Screen Printing, prescribing the extent of said authority and for other purposes

Ordinance 2023-08 - An ordinance authorizing the city of Heber Springs Fire Department to employ the spouse of a city council member, prescribing the extent of said authority and for other purposes

Ordinance 2023-09 - An ordinance authorizing the city of Heber Springs Police Department to employ the spouse of the Mayor, prescribing the extent of said authority and for other purposes.

Ordinance 2023-10 - An ordinance to vacate property and abandon all of the rights of use of the city of Heber Springs to that portion of 4th street designated herein, and for other purposes 

Ordinance 2023-11 - An ordinance amending title 6, section 6.04 fo the Heber Springs Municipal Code, and for other purposes. 

Ordianance 2023-12   - An ordinance authorizing the city of Heber Springs to conduct business with volunteer fire member Ronald Phelps doing business as Phelps' CPR Training , prescribing the extent of said authority and for other purposes. 

Ordianance 2023-13   - An ordinance to establish procedures of the operation and use of the Heber Springs trail system for the city of Heber Springs, Arkansas, declaring an emergency and other purposes. 

Ordinance 2023-14 - An ordinance to be entitled: Approval of the Employee Handbook for the city of Heber Springs AR and for other purposes, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

Ordinance 2023-15 - An ordinance providing for the execution and delivery of equipment lease/purchase agreement between the city of Heber Springs, AR, the Arkansas Entergy Office, and the Arkansas Development Finance Authority. Providing for the payment of the lease payments pursuant to such agreement. AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A PACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN HEBER SPRINGS AR, ARKANSAS AND TRANE US INC. ; PRESCRIBING OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. 

Ordinance 2023-16 - An ordinance approving the private permit application for Zeke and Lizzy's Seafood and Steakhouse Restaurant and allowing for the application of the required permits from the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Division per Arkansas Code Annotated 3-9-222 as amended.

Ordinance 2023-17  - An ordinance to establish standards for mobile food/business vendors, declaring an emergency and other purposes.
